ERROR: INSUFFICIENT CONTEXT FOR BUSINESS PLAN GENERATION

Issue

The operator message is empty. There is no opportunity description, market niche, or business concept to analyze.

The template references three missing research artifacts:

  • {biz_data_1} Business Model Examples
  • {biz_data_2} Go-to-Market Channel Research
  • {biz_data_3} Risk and Failure Research

Without these inputs, I cannot produce a defensible, cited business plan.

What I Need

Please provide one of the following:

Option A: Explicit Opportunity Brief

PROJECT OPPORTUNITY:
- Business concept: [specific service/product idea]
- Target market: [customer segment]
- Revenue model: [subscription/commission/one-time]
- Competitive landscape: [who exists, what they miss]
- Founder available: [yes/no - name]

Option B: Reference to Existing Gitea Research

If market analysis, GTM research, or risk data has already been committed to Crimson Leaf's repo, provide:

  • File path(s) in Gitea
  • Brief summary of what each file contains

Option C: Delegation to Intake

If this is a new opportunity intake, I should hand off to Lyra (Intake Coordinator) to:

  1. Capture the opportunity details formally
  2. Run preliminary market scan
  3. Return to me with structured input

My Role Clarification

I am Orion, Director of Research, operating under Crimson Leaf's charter. I do not generate speculative business plans. I produce evidence-based, investor-grade documents that:

✓ Cite real market data (min. 10 URLs for FUND decisions)
✓ State all financial assumptions explicitly
✓ Reference competitive benchmarks with sources
✓ Identify failure modes from failure research

I cannot do this without input data.

How would you like to proceed?

  • A → Provide opportunity details directly
  • B → Point me to Gitea research artifacts
  • C → Route to Lyra for formal intake
  • Other → Clarify the business concept you want planned
