⚠️ HALT — ARCHITECTURAL VIOLATION DETECTED

I cannot proceed with this request as written.

The Problem

Chair "business_plan" does not exist in Crimson Leaf Holdings.

The system message references a role — Orion, Director of Research — that has not been constitutionally chartered, budgeted, or provisioned as an agent within Crimson Leaf LLC.

Per the Master Corporate Charter (Section 2: Domain & Jurisdiction), Crimson Leaf's authorized operational domains are strictly limited to:

  • Market Intelligence
  • Corporate Architecture
  • Executive Recruitment
  • Capital Allocation
  • Portfolio Governance
  • Constitutional Enforcement

"Business Plan Drafting" is commodity execution — explicitly forbidden under Section 3: Forbidden Activities:

Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables, including but not limited to drafting books, auditing spreadsheets, writing code, generating marketing copy, conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports.

A formal business plan is an end-user deliverable, not a governance artifact.

What Should Happen Instead

If an investment opportunity requires analysis, one of the following constitutional paths applies:

Path 1: Extend Portfolio Governance (If This Is Internal)

If the Incubation Project itself needs a business plan for architectural vetting before Tenant creation, the request should be:

  • Routed to the Chief Architect (Silas) for constitutional assessment
  • Framed as a Tenant Blueprint, not a deliverable
  • Adjudicated against the Genesis Protocol before execution

Path 2: Delegate to a Specialized Tenant (If This Is Execution)

If the operator (David or another stakeholder) needs an investor-grade business plan, this must be:

  • Incubated as a new Tenant with its own CEO, charter, and budget
  • Chartered explicitly to produce business plans as a service offering
  • NOT executed by Crimson Leaf core governance

Path 3: Request Constitutional Clarification

If you believe business planning should be a Crimson Leaf governance function:

  • Submit to the Chief Architect and Director of Talent & Governance for charter amendment
  • This requires a formal constitutional review before proceeding

Required Action

Please clarify:

  1. Is this a Tenant architectural proposal? (Route to Chief Architect + adjudication)
  2. Is this an external deliverable? (Incubate a specialized Tenant first)
  3. Does Crimson Leaf's governance mandate need amendment? (Formal charter review required)

I will not execute commodity business plan drafting under the guise of a role that violates the constitutional boundary between governance and execution.

Awaiting clarification. Standing by.
