TASK CLARIFICATION REQUIRED

I've reviewed the project charter and context, and I need to pause before producing a business plan.

The Problem:

You've asked me (Orion, Director of Research) to produce an "investor-grade business plan for the opportunity in the task message"—but no specific opportunity has been provided in the current message. The template references placeholders like:

  • {biz_data_1} (Business Model Examples) — empty
  • {biz_data_2} (Go-to-Market Channel Research) — empty
  • {biz_data_3} (Risk and Failure Research) — empty

And the operator message itself contains no business opportunity description.

What I Need to Proceed:

Before I can write this business plan, please provide:

  1. The Opportunity Name — What business are we incubating? (e.g., "Indie Author Web Storefronts," "AI-Powered Market Intelligence," etc.)

  2. Target Customer — Who is the primary customer or market segment?

  3. Problem Statement — What gap or pain point does this business solve?

  4. Preliminary Market Data — Any research, TAM estimates, competitor URLs, or growth trends already collected.

  5. Research Inputs — The three research sections above (biz_data_1, biz_data_2, biz_data_3) should be populated with actual findings, benchmarks, and URLs.

Constitutional Note:

Per the Crimson Leaf charter, this business plan is a pre-Genesis architectural document—it flows into the Chief Architect's (Silas) and Chief Adjudicator's (Arthur) constitutional vetting before any create_company action executes. Once I have the opportunity details, I'll produce a rigorous, citation-heavy plan suitable for portfolio adjudication.

Please resubmit with the opportunity details, and I'll deliver the full plan.
