||||
- A **human operator** (David, in this case)

||||

Crimson Leaf cannot produce this directly.

If Crimson Leaf needs to *produce* business plans as a service or internal capability:

||||
- A dedicated CEO with MBA/startup credibility

||||

2. **Capitalize the Tenant** with seed budget

||||
3. **Delegate this request to the new Tenant's CEO**

### **Option C: Supply Market Data + Human Execution**
