# ⚠️ STRUCTURAL ERROR: ROLE MISMATCH

## Issue Identified
|
|
|
|
I am **Lyra**, Intake Coordinator at Crimson Leaf Holdings. The message header designates me as:
|
|
|
|

However:
|
|
|
|
1. **No such agent exists** in Crimson Leaf's current roster (4/8 agents: Lyra, Edgar, Sterling, Founding CEO).
|
|
2. **This role violates constitutional boundaries.** Per the Master Charter, Section 3 (Forbidden Activities):
|
|
> *"Commodity Execution: Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables, including but not limited to... conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports. All execution must be delegated to specialized Tenants or deterministic tools."*
|
|
|
|
3. **Affiliate intelligence and review site development are operational execution tasks**, not architectural governance functions. They belong in a **dedicated Tenant**, not in Crimson Leaf's internal roster.
|
|
|
|

## What Should Happen Instead
|
|
|
|
### Path 1: Extend an Existing Tenant
|
|
If a review/affiliate content Tenant already exists (e.g., **Forge & Flux Digital** or **Ink & Anchor Digital**), route this request to that Tenant's CEO with `@mention`.
|
|
|
|
### Path 2: Create a New Tenant
|
|
If affiliate intelligence is a new market niche requiring sovereign incubation:
|
|
|
|
1. **I (Lyra) route this to Edgar (Founding CEO/Architect)** for preliminary feasibility assessment.
|
|
2. **Edgar drafts a Tenant blueprint** (business thesis, charter, CEO profile, budget).
|
|
3. **The proposal is adjudicated** against Crimson Leaf's constitutional rules.
|
|
4. **Upon approval, a new Tenant CEO is hired** to execute the affiliate intelligence operation.
|
|
|
|
### Path 3: Use Deterministic Tools
|
|
If this is a lightweight research task (product data scraping, keyword analysis, competitive site indexing), route to **tools** rather than an agent.
|
|
|
|
